Delivery Policy
Christmas Delivery Cut-Off

To ensure your order arrives in time for Christmas, please place your order by midday on Monday, 23rd December.

Holiday Period Deliveries

Orders placed between midday on 23rd December and 1st January will be processed as usual; however, delivery times may be slightly longer than normal due to the holiday period. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.

 

Order Processing and Shipping Times:

• All orders placed before 5:00 PM GMT (17:00 GMT) on business days will be processed and dispatched on the same day.
• Orders placed after 5:00 PM GMT (17:00 GMT) on business days will be processed and dispatched on the next business day.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will also be processed and dispatched on the next business day.

 

Shipping Methods:

We offer a Next Day Delivery service for all orders. Here's how it works:

• If the order value is over £19.98, the Next Day Delivery service is free of charge.
• If the order value is £19.98 or less, a £2.99 Delivery Fee will be charged.

*If you live in one of the following areas the Next Day Delivery service may take longer than the time stated, however the service is still free if the order is over £19.98:

• BT - Northern Ireland 
• HS - Outer Hebrides
• IM - Isle of Man
• ZE – Shetland Islands
• IV – Inverness
• KW - Kirkwall

 *The Courier service we use does not deliver on Sundays. All orders placed before 17:00 on Saturday will be delivered the next working day. 

Order Confirmation Email:

After you place an order with us, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please allow up to 1 business day for us to process your order.

 

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details from our selected courier service. This will allow you to monitor the status and location of your order in real-time. Please note that it may take a few hours for the tracking information to become available.

 

Delivery Times:

Our Next Day Delivery service aims to deliver your order to your specified address on the next business day following dispatch. However, please note that factors such as your location and courier service may impact delivery times. We recommend referring to your tracking information for the most accurate delivery updates.

 

Address Accuracy:

It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information during the checkout process. Any errors or omissions in the shipping address may result in delays or misdelivery of your order. We are not responsible for such issues if incorrect information is provided.

 

Delivery Exceptions:

In rare cases, unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions or courier delays may impact the delivery of your order. We will do our best to communicate any delays or issues to you in a timely manner.
